Quadoro's Asset Management provides active planning, management, implementation and control of all measures affecting the value of a property. We have logistical expertise and experience in the following asset classes: office, healthcare, hotel, retail and residential.

We represent the facility’s owners on-site, executing decisions efficiently and taking a proactive, goal-oriented approach. In addition, we manage the technical operation of the facilities whilst overseeing fulfilment of service providers’ contracts.

All measures are always aimed at optimising the building's performance while at the same time taking our sustainability approach into account. Our in-house database contains all key figures and cash flows relevant to the property and thus enables seamless text- and number-based monthly reporting.
