Quadoro's Asset Management provides active planning, management, implementation and control of all measures affecting the value of a property. We have logistical expertise and experience in the following asset classes: office, healthcare, hotel, retail and residential.

We represent the facility’s owners on-site, executing decisions efficiently and taking a proactive, goal-oriented approach. In addition, we manage the technical operation of the facilities whilst overseeing fulfilment of service providers’ contracts.

All measures are always aimed at optimising building performance. Our in-house database contains all key figures and cash flows relevant to the property and thus enables seamless text- and number-based monthly reporting.
