QSI is an open-ended special AIF for semi-professional and professional investors. The fund invests in properties in the areas of healthcare, social housing, state institutions and education, mainly in Germany. All properties must meet strict requirements in terms of environmental, economic and social sustainability.
- Quadoro Sustainable Real Estate Europe Private (Sustainable Europe)
This open-ended real estate fund is remarkable for its sustainable investment strategy. The goal of the fund is to achieve stable distributions from rental income in conjunction with low fluctuations in value. The sustainability strategy and active asset management aim to ensure the locations and properties are and will remain of a high standard over the long term. The fund invests in promising, sustainable regions in the European Economic Area. In addition to traditional investment locations, the fund also focuses on attractive secondary regions. All properties must meet strict sustainability criteria.
- Quadoro Sustainable Real Estate Europe (QSREE)
QSREE is an open-ended special real estate fund for semi-professional and professional investors. The AIF invests in sustainable properties in prospering European metropolises with a promising outlook. The emphasis of this fund is on office and retail properties.
- Quadoro Sustainable Energy (QSE)
QSE is a financial product within the meaning of Article 9 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation. It is designed as an open-ended special fund for semi-professional and professional investors. Turnover attributable to the investments of the QSE fund – generated from taxonomy-compliant economic activities at the level of both the target companies and the target funds– amounts to at least 75%. Thus, the fund makes a significant contribution to the environmental goal "climate protection" and supports the transition to a low-carbon economy. QSE invests primarily in photovoltaic and wind power plants.
Since 2021, Quadoro has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
