Saturn Tower letting example

The asset manager Quadoro has developed a comprehensive marketing concept for the 4,800 m² (around 15 % of the total rental space) of vacant space in the Saturn Tower in Vienna, Austria.

The concept includes creating a website - www.saturntower.at - and a property letting brochure. These marketing materials give prospective tenants an overview of the building's advantages and its unique architecture.

Furthermore, the lobby and entrance area of the property were redesigned in 2022.

The COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on rental behaviour notwithstanding, rental income from the Saturn Tower has remained stable thanks to Quadoro’s effective crisis management and active person-to-person tenant contact.

The repositioning of the Saturn Tower and the ongoing marketing activities have been well received by the Viennese real estate market and a large part of the vacant space has been let.

Following the successful implementation of the leasing concept, the building was sold in mid-2023.
