1For the purpose of determining the SRI in accordance with Annex III of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/653, the Company bases its calculation directly on the real estate sub-fund and the net asset value per unit of the infrastructure sub-fund, which is calculated monthly in accordance with the provisions of the German Capital Investment Code and the Capital Investment Accounting and Valuation Regulation. There is no monthly valuation of the properties.
