The new appointments underline Quadoro's commitment to continuing to meet the highest governance standards as a BaFin-regulated AIFM in the renewable energy and real estate sectors.

The new members of the Supervisory Board:

Stefan Große, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, was Head of Finance and Deputy President of the Regional Church Office of the Protestant Church in Central Germany until October 2025. He has more than 18 years of experience on supervisory boards of BaFin-regulated insurance companies and banks, including several chairmanships. His expertise covers the specific requirements of church and institutional investors in terms of capital investment, risk management and compliance.

Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Verena Rock MRICS, Deputy Chair, is a professor of real estate investment and portfolio management at the Technical University of Aschaffenburg, where she heads the Institute for Real Estate Economics and Management and the Digital Real Estate Management degree programme. As President of the Society of Property Researchers (gif), she actively shapes the professional development of the industry. Her professional career includes positions in real estate fund and asset management, among others at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment.

Prof. Dr. Sven Bienert, SV MRICS REV, is a professor at the Institute for Real Estate Economics (IRE|BS) at the University of Regensburg, where he is responsible for the Competence Centre for Sustainability. His research has received numerous national and international awards. He is the managing director of IIÖ GMBH and Real Estate Data X GMBH and heads an expert office. He is also a member of the board of the Institute for Corporate Governance in the German Real Estate Industry (ICG e.V.) and the board of the German Association for Financial Analysis and Asset Management (DVFA e. V.), as well as a member of the editorial board of the European Valuation Standards (EVS) of TEGOVA.

The previous Supervisory Board members Sibylle Pähler, Bernd Reber and Horst Franz Baumann have resigned from their positions effective 31 December 2025. Quadoro would like to thank them for their many years of trustful cooperation and their valuable contribution to the development of the company.
