Quadoro and EB-SIM Expand QEEE Portfolio with Iserlohn Wind Farm – Another Milestone for Sustainable Energy Infrastructure

The wind farm comprises two modern Vestas V150 turbines with a total capacity of 12 megawatts (MW). Commissioning is planned for February 2026. With a projected net annual generation of around 34,800 megawatt hours (MWh), the project will make a significant contribution to climate-friendly energy supply and enable annual savings of around 12,500 tonnes of CO₂.
“With the Iserlohn wind farm, we are specifically strengthening the QEEE's earnings structure and ensuring a balanced mix of photovoltaic and wind energy projects in the fund portfolio. This creates a solid basis for long-term stability and sustainable success,” says Michael Denk, Managing Director of Quadoro Investment GmbH.
‘The addition of a wind farm to the QEEE portfolio is an important step in further expanding diversification,’ adds Bernhard Graeber, Managing Director and Head of Real Assets at sustainable asset manager EB-SIM.
Tom Lange, Senior Vice President Wind & PV at ENERTRAG, welcomes the sale of the project: "With Iserlohn, we have demonstrated that we can develop technically and economically viable projects, implement them in partnership and bring them into operation quickly. The sale to Quadoro and EB-SIM underscores the quality of our work, strengthens the regional energy transition and paves the way for the next projects."
Further projects to expand the fund portfolio are already in preparation.

About ENERTRAG
ENERTRAG has been implementing the energy transition for more than 25 years. Over 1,200 employees plan, build and operate interconnected power plants based on wind and solar installations, our own grid infrastructure, batteries and electrolysers. These provide reliable, demand-driven electricity, heat and green hydrogen, replacing every fossil fuel power plant.
With our own plants, we generate around 2,000 gigawatt hours of electricity from wind and solar power annually, and green hydrogen since 2011. On this basis, we are developing energy projects with a capacity of over 30 gigawatts – in nine countries on four continents.
ENERTRAG stands for the global energy supply of the future: sustainable, secure and regionally anchored. So that our Earth remains livable.
