Construction Progress at the Bodenrode Solar Park – EEG Commissioning Completed on Schedule

The Article 9 fund Quadoro Erneuerbare Energien Europa (QEEE) acquired the project, which was ready for construction, in September 2025. TEAG Solar GmbH was commissioned to implement the project and has been responsible for the construction of the solar park since November 2025.
On the approximately 7.4-hectare site, construction work for the installation and operation of the photovoltaic plant was completed; concurrently, the cable routes were laid and the electrical work was carried out. With the successful EEG commissioning, a key milestone in the project’s progress has been reached.
The transformers and medium-voltage switchgear required for the initial feed-in to the TEN grid are currently still pending. Due to delivery times, these are expected by the end of the third quarter of 2026. Accordingly, the initial feed-in and the scheduled project completion are planned for fall 2026.
The solar park has an installed capacity of approximately 10 MWp. The expected annual yield is around 10.7 million kilowatt-hours.
Frank-Peter Wolf, Head of Technical Asset Management for Renewable Energy at Quadoro Investment GmbH, explains: “The successful EEG launch confirms that the project is proceeding according to plan. The Bodenrode solar park is developing as planned and demonstrates that close coordination among all parties involved is working well.”
“The main construction work has been completed, and commissioning marks an important milestone in the project. On this basis, further work can proceed as scheduled,” adds Stefan Bösemann, Project Manager at TEAG Solar GmbH.
Tobias Reber, Head of Renewable Energy Portfolio Management at Quadoro Investment GmbH, adds with regard to the QEEE fund: “The project exemplifies our approach of entering the value chain earlier in selected cases. By strategically adding key components—such as successful participation in the EEG tender and construction implementation—we can increase the value of the plant.”
