Business Park in Denmark Completed for Open-Ended Mutual Fund Sustainable Europe

Quadoro Investment GmbH has had the last building of the business park in Køge, Denmark, completed on schedule for the open-ended mutual fund Quadoro Sustainable Real Estate Europe Private (Sustainable Europe). The building was acquired in January 2022.

The Køge Business Park now comprises a total of three four-storey office buildings with a combined lettable area of around 9,000 m². The first two buildings were completed in 2019 and 2021 while the third property was handed over – already fully let – on schedule in November 2022. The three buildings are let to more than 20 companies. The main tenants are banks, a supermarket chain and companies in the fields of civil engineering and surveying. The port city of Køge is located around 35 km southwest of Copenhagen and is a major logistics centre in the north as well as an important place of work for the entire region of Zealand.

Michael Denk, Managing Director of Quadoro Investment GmbH, on the completion of the business park: "Our in-house asset management team was able to achieve full occupancy of the building by the transfer date. Of course the building meets the fund's strict sustainability requirements. In particular, all buildings offer a high level of comfort for workers. The indoor air quality was certified A++ according to the Danish standard DSF 3033. Heating and hot water generation are carbon-neutral thanks to district heating from biomass."
