The venue was wolke21(cloud21) on the 21st floor of the Vienna Saturn Tower, a building managed by Quadoro. Around 50 participants were able to see first-hand a number of the upgrades to the property which have already been completed. These included the newly designed lobby and the installation of e-charging points.

With a spectacular view of Vienna and clear skies Maximilien Scherr, partner at Arthur D. Little, spoke on the topic of sustainability and ESG. He was followed by Ernst Nevrivy, District Head of the City of Vienna, who gave a short talk on the locational advantage of the city on the Danube. Finally, Axel Wünnenberg, Managing Director of Quadoro GmbH, provided information about the Doric Group.

The Saturn Tower is located in Vienna's 22nd district directly on the Danube Park with a direct underground connection to the old town and only a 20-minute drive via the motorway to the airport. The building, which was completed in 2004, has a lettable area of around 33,000 m².
