Quadoro Achieves Significant Value Increase with Successful Letting Concept

Quadoro Investment GmbH is the portfolio manager of the open-ended special AIF Quadoro Sustainable Real Estate Europe (QSREE) and as such has sold the office building “Montoyer 25“ in Brussels to a subsidiary of PATRIZIA AG for EUR 22.3 million.

Prior to the sale, Quadoro had achieved full occupancy of the previously vacant property by implementing value-add measures.

The building, which was completed in 2017, is located in the Leopold district of Brussels near the European Parliament and the European Commission. The property comprises nine upper floors and two basement floors and has a lettable office space of more than 3,000 m². The building also houses 17 underground parking spaces.

Axel Wünnenberg, member of the QSREE investment committee and shareholder of Quadoro Investment GmbH, commented on the sale: “This is the second sale of a property from the QSREE fund since its launch in July 2015. Thanks to the successful work of our asset management, a sustainable increase in value was achieved for this office building in Brussels.“
